According to TMZ.com:
Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have been sued by a pair of photogs who claim the superstars' bodyguards shot at them after a wedding celebration in Costa Rica earlier this year.
In the docs, the men claim they tried to speed away from the security team, and that's when, "the Brady/Bundchen bodyguards opened fire with pistols."
The men claim the bullets "shattered" the rear window of the SUV" and "narrowly missed striking the heads" of the two photogs.
WHATTTTT? Now Im not condoning shooting at anybody. But if anyone in this world deserves to be shot at, its paparazzi. They are intrusive, invasive, obnoxious and typically engage in borderline illegal activity to get their pictures.
Oh and did I mention that they sell those photos for millions? How would you like it if an a-hole with a camera came to your church, took a pic of you and then sold it for a million dollars?
What? You’d want to shoot the cameraman?
Unless they've hired Phil Spectors dream team of lawyers, they won't see a dime.
