The Randy Moss Mask: The Turning Point In Patriots Season

No doubt about it, the Patriots are peaking at the right time.

The Colts downward spiral has begun and the Saints have lost two games in a row, meanwhile the Patriots are clicking on all cylinders going into the playoffs.

Kinda reminds you of the Cardinals last season or even (gulp) the Giants of 2007.

It wasn’t too long ago that “late-gate” and “Randy isn’t trying” dominated the headlines. It truly is amazing what winning does to a team. It is also amazing how momentum can either carry a team all the way to a Super Bowl win or send a team to the golf course.

THE moment that just may have signified the turning point in the 2009 Patriots was the infamous dancing man in the Randy Moss Mask.

If you want to watch the video of the Randy Moss Mask dancing man, check it out. It has been immortalized on youtube.

The Patriots have been through alot this season. They have been criticized, scrutinized, bashed and trashed and now they are poised to make a serious run in the playoffs.

Seeing Randy laughing and having fun on the sidelines is symbolic of a team that is over "late-gate" and is over "Randy isnt trying". The Patriots are loose, having fun and on a roll--basically the antithesis of the Colts and Saints right now.

Sit back and enjoy the ride.
