The Savard Hit Is Proof That The Bruins Season Is Over

The past few Bruins games have been painful to watch. We are basically witnessing this Bruins ship sink to the bottom of the ocean floor.

First we see Milan Lucic get his ass whipped by Colton Orr a few night ago. And now the "Savard Situation."

Well, this seals the deal. The Bruins are a bunch of pussies and have given up on the season.

I'm not talking about the fact that Savard got hit. I'm talking about the fact that Matt Cooke was allowed to breathe after hitting Marc Savard with that blatant cheap shot?

A "team" doesn't allow a cheap shooting bastard to stay on his feet after doing something so despicable.

Remember when Marty McSorley hit Donald Brashear a few years back? EVERYONE on the Canucks, including the goalie, went after McSorley.

And what happened when Savard got nailed yesterday? Patrice Bergeron lectures Matt Cooke. A championship caliber team would have wanted Matt Cookes blood on their hands.
