Terrell Owens told WJMN Radio “I’d definitely be open” to playing for the Patriots.
He went on to say “I’m like LeBron. I can go there and take less of a role, take less money and put everything aside and make it work.”
I hope Bill Belichick was listening.
I don’t see the downside in having Terrell Owens on the Patriots.
Signing an aging has-been has worked in the past for the Patriots—see Corey Dillon and Junior Seau. Each came here towards the end of their careers and contributed.
Terrell Owens and Randy Moss on the same team would give Tom Brady wet dreams.
Not only that, maybe the season ticket holders will stop complaining about the high ticket prices, outrageous cost of parking and $8.00 beers.
They will be watching two hall of fame receivers and a hall of fame quarterback on the same team at the same time. Id say they are getting their moneys worth.
