Delonte "Wild Wild" West Says "I'll go to war and die for this team" What?

Does anyone else find it kinda disturbing that Delonte West chose to say “I'll go to war and die for this team.”

That just doesn’t seem to be an appropriate analogy considering what he’s been through.

This is a guy was caught driving his three-wheeled motorcycle with “two loaded handguns, a shotgun and a large knife with a significant amount of ammunition” according to reports.

He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor weapons charges and was sentenced to eight months of court supervised electronic monitoring, 40 hours of community service and psychological counseling (it is also reported that West has been in treatment for bi-polar disorder for the last two years prior to the arrest).

And if you didnt already know, West has been suspended for the first ten games of the season because of this "situation."

He must have looked like something out of Mad Max on that fateful day.

Anyway, forget the psychological counseling. Delonte West needs a better publicist. Or maybe someone to do his interviews for him.
