The Red Sox offense absolutely unloaded on the Marlins Wednesday night. They had 16 hits (including four home runs) in the 15-5 ass pounding of the Marlins.
Jarrod Saltalamcchia, Mike Aviles, Will Middlebrooks and David Ortiz all hit home runs. Daniel Nava had four hits and David Ortiz's home run was a grand slam. David Ortiz now has a home run in each of the last three games. The dude is on friggin fire right now.
The Red Sox have now won four games in a row and are showing signs of life in the AL East. They are out of last place. And to all of you Debbie Downers who are going to say "but it was against the pathetic Marlins" save it. I dont give a shit. It still counts as a win.
