What the frig makes Bobby Valentine think that the starting rotation is just going to flip a switch and pitch better in the second half? I watch the same games he does and I see a starting rotation that is unprepared, unmotivated and basically doesnt give a shit (other than maybe Felix Doubront). Thats why they get shelled in the first inning and cant go deep into games.
Beckett, Lester, Buchholz and Dice K waste their talent. If they gave a shit, this starting rotation would be epic. The problem is if each of them wins 20 games, they will make millions of dollars. If each of them pitches like shit and go 2-20, they get paid millions of dollars.
Pride means nothing to these filthy rich, spoiled brats. Which is why Lester, Beckett and Buchholz should get the Youkilis treatment--pay them to go away.
Its simply not working. As a die hard fan, watching these lazy pricks is enraging. I dont understand why people still go to these games and support these dickheads. Oh wait...they dont.
