Sure, the Tigers took a steaming shit on the Red Sox four game winning streak. And I know all the miserable bastids in this town are going to bitch and moan about how the Red Sox are descending towards the .500 mark but Im not going to go there. Im not going to be one of those miserable pricks.
The bottom line is, the Red Sox won 2 of 3 against the Detroit Tigers and that aint bad. They showed a little fight in this game, cutting the 6-1 deficit to 6-5 at one point, and they deserve a nice golf clap for that.
Sure Aaron Cook shit the bed, giving up back to back homeruns to Miguel Cabrera and Prince Fielder...but it was Miguel Cabrera and Prince Fielder for christs sake. I reiterate, the Red Sox won 2 of 3 against the Detroit Tigers and that aint too bad.
