Belichick Says McCourty Has Had "A Good Year" And Has "Done A Real Good Job." He's Got To Be Just Fucking With Us.

"Devin I think has really overall had a good year and has improved in a lot of areas."  Belichick noted that he thought McCourty had a good game in Sunday's loss. "I thought he did a real good job for us in all areas.  I thought he was on the receivers well," Belichick said. "Covered well, jammed them. I thought he did a real good job." Asked if he feels McCourty has had a good season thus far, Belichick responded, "Overall, yeah."

There is no way Bill Belichick believes this.  There is no friggin way.  He's got to be fucking with us.  He knows more football than any of us will ever know and there is no way he truly believes Devin McCourty is not hurting this team.

I understand that he cant go on the record and explain how badly this dude sucks.  But I find it comical that he went out of his way to use phrases like "he was on the receivers well" and "covered well, jammed them."

That is proof he was just fucking with the interviewer who had the balls to ask him about the Patriots biggest liability.  There is no other way to explain it.

Honestly, McCourty deserves to be called out publicly.  The dude sucks that bad.  But I guess the Patriot way is to keep it in the clubhouse...and bust balls when asked directly about a player who is losing you games.
