Well, enjoy his last hurrah, people. And get ready for a lot of Julien Edelman next season. The Boston Herald is reporting that Wes Welker has put his Comm Ave condo up for sale and is not shopping for another home in the area. That really, really sucks.
I dont care what anyone says, Julian Edelman is not a Wes Welker clone. The dude injured his hand spiking a football for Christ's sake. Wes Welker could get hit by a friggin train and would get up and finish the game.
If/when Edelman takes over Wes Welkers role as the slot receiver in this offense the dude is going to get killed. No one can do what Wes Welker does. No one. And the sooner the Kraft's realize this, the better off we will all be.
