In my mind its more like 100% managements fault. They should have never hired Bobby Valentine, they should have never made Alfredo Aceves the closer, they should have never made Daniel Bard a starter, they should have never given Dice K one start this season, they should have included Lester and Lackey in the Dodgers trade, and they should have sold the team last month.
