So The Bruins Signed Carl Soderberg. Now I Just Hope Julien Has The Balls To Play Him On The First Line.

From ESPNBoston:
Swedish star forward Carl Soderberg and the Boston Bruins reached an agreement on a multiyear contract Tuesday, and his release from his Swedish team, Linkoping, also has been finalized, a source confirmed.

According to the source, the only thing left to be done as of Tuesday afternoon was for the Swedish Ice Hockey Association to approve Soderberg's transfer to the Bruins and the NHL. Once that happens, according to the source, as long as Soderberg plays in a regular-season game he will be eligible to play in the Stanley Cup playoffs

My biggest fear is that Julien is going to bury this dude on the third line.   In 54 games in the Swedish Elite League, Soderberg had 31 goals and 29 assists.  If this is what the lines look like when he arrives, Im going to go apeshit:

Julien has to break up the first line.  He has to play Soderberg with Krejci.   That is a no brainer.

Ive seen Soderberg's youtube videos.  The guy is a sniper.  He's like Brett Hull in that the guy is always in great position and just waits for someone to put the puck on his stick then he unloads.  I love Milan Lucic, but having him on the wing with Krejci is such a friggin waste.

In a perfect world the lines will look like when he gets here:

I know Claude Julien has the balls to shuffle lines.  He's done it before.  I just hope he has the big brass ones to put Soderberg with Krejci and Jagr, I really do.  He has to take a friggin chance and put this guy with some skilled players and see what he can do.  The guy has the potential to absolutely explode playing with David Krejci.  Mark my words.
